This Weekend starts the "Most Wonderful" Time of The Year

For me, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is the beginning of 5-week Holiday season.

This is the most jam-packed period of activity, excitement and anticipation for the year.

From Thanksgiving dinner, to decorating the house, then my birthday and of course waiting for Christmas and New Years... there is a lot to look forward to and reflect on.

The best part is that I get to experience this all with family.

I'm so grateful for the wonderful family I get to do life with.

While sometimes herding 3 kids (and a puppy) in the same direction can be hard, I wouldn't trade it for the world!

However, we can always find some way to be discontent, so the best way to overcome that is to "Give Thanks".

Today, I thank God for my wife, my boys, where we live, the opportunity to homeschool, the gift of self-employment... and especially a purpose that only comes from following Jesus!
